Graduates of the Basic ROTC program shall be automatically incorporated into the AFP Reserve Force.
As such, they shall be given be given ranks, serial numbers and assigned to their Reserve Unit Mobilization Centers, initially at the Ready Reserve Battalions based in the different Universities in the NCR.
Members of the AFP Reserve Force is entitled to the same privileges as regular member of the AFP, except the pay. These include: free medical and dental consultations at AFP hospitals, free accommodation on available C130 flight, can avail of the AFP Commissary Exchange Stores, discounted rates on gun purchases and licensing and many others such as the patriotic card privileges.
Only graduates of the Basic ROTC program are qualified to enroll in the Advance ROTC Course. Upon enrollment, the Army Reserve Command shall provide for their free uniforms such as fatigue uniform with combat shoes, bull cap , socks, garrison belt, pistol belt, and etc.
